Maureen McLean, winner of diamond necklace
We’d like to extent our gratitude to our supporters for the month of June.
Rhinos in Africa and Maureen McLean
Maureen McLean, the lucky winner of the diamond necklace from our raffle competition, decided to donate back her prize so that more funds could be raised towards the Rescued Rhinos @ HESC. We would also like to thank you everyone who participated in the raffle. The Rhinos In Africa team managed to raise ZAR10,680.00 via online donations PLUS another ZAR7,800.00 at the Good Food and Wine Show! These funds have been used to feed our orphans, as well as for the medical care of Muddy and Nhlanhla.
Hurleyvale Primary School
Hurleyvale Primary School has always gone out of its way to assist us wherever possible, and have outdone themselves again in their commitment to HESC. The Hurleyvale community collected much needed items for the centre, such as ProNutro, Sunlight liquid soap, hand sanitiser and others. We are forever grateful for their continuous support.
Yours Truly Café
Yours Truly Café raised and generously donated ZAR10,685.00 to the Rescued Rhinos @ HESC.
Nestlé
Our friends at Nestlé donated 11kg of HUSKY Puppy Dog food. This will go a long way following the arrival of our young (and hungry) puppy, Bullet, who will be trained for anti-poaching.
Staffords Bros & Draeger
Staffords Brothers and Draeger donated 200kg of Country Pasture Powdered Milk.
Jock Dog Food
Jock Dog food donated dog food for our new anti-poaching canine, Zee.
EcoTraining and Cornwell College UK
EcoTraining Projects and Cornwell College UK raised ZAR898.00 for the animals at HESC. We look forward to hopefully welcoming their students for the Wildlife Conservation Experience in the future.
We cannot forget our friends who continue to make donations via our online portal and PayPal.
Yours in gratitude.
