A routine treatment for Caesar the lion

On the 23rd of March 2016, Dr Rogers and his team came in to treat our resident lion, Caesar. This was a routine treatment for Caesar as he suffers from arthritis. His age and history are undoubtedly huge factors contributing to his illness.

Dr Rogers administered long acting cortisone, anti-inflammatories, pain medication and a vitamin injection to give Caesar an extra boost and some relief.

All went well, and Caesar is back to his usual self – clearly in more comfort. This always makes us happy!
