Salome is doing extremely well. Her five adolescent cubs have all grown into typical teenagers, and get up to all sorts of mischief together. They particularly love to chew on the trap door ropes, which have had to be replaced countless times!

Salome seems to have settled in to her own space and looks right at home in her enclosure. She has become more relaxed, but of course nothing can curb the distinctive wildfire in her.

Her cubs have developed at a rapid pace into strong young cheetahs. It is always amazing for us to watch youngsters mature, right in front of our eyes.

We are looking forward to seeing the curious cats transform into strong and successful adults.
