Zita, our resident Burchells zebra and part-time car guard, loves nothing more than to tease the cheetahs and lions here at the Centre.

One of her favourite pastimes is to walk right up to the cats’ camps and graze nonchalantly at the fence.

Needless to say this drives the cats crazy!

When they charge her she merely strolls off, making it quite clear that she knows there’s a fence preventing her from becoming kitty-cat dinner.
